Our privacy statement is very simple. We will not share or disclose any information we hold about you, your family, friends or business associates except as required by law and/or with a valid order or warrant from a court.
We will not ask you for financial information such as bank account details, credit or debit cards, either by by email or by a third party. Never respond to requests for information that you might receive by such means.
If a financial transaction should be necessary, it will be discussed with you directly by your named contact and your information will not be kept on record once the transaction has cleared.
Normally financial transactions will be carried out either by direct bank transfer, cheque or cash. For small amounts we use may PayPal which is a secure and reputable money broker for dealing with credit or debit card transactions and receipts are always given without exception.
Whenever you carry out financial transactions online, always ensure that you see the proper security tags. The website address in the address bar of your browser will show https:// at the start instead of http://
There will be a padlock
symbol on the bottom right of your screen indicating that the site is secure.
If there is not, you should not carry on with the transaction and you should
report the website to your bank or card provider.
You have the right at any time to ask us about your information and to have it changed, modified, corrected or removed without giving a reason providing that doing so is not unlawful or done for unlawful reasons. Some things remain constant throughout this website, one is the BACK button at the top right of the page. If that isn't available there will be another link to bring you back to where you were before. If you follow a link to another website, just remember where we are or add us to your favourites so you can always find us.
