Paraiso Homes is a privately owned estate agency based in Beniganim, not far from Gandia on the Costa Blanca. We specialise in helping people from the UK and other EU countries who want to buy, rent or build a property in Spain.
Estate Agencies are not regulated in Spain so anyone can set up as one. That is not necessarily a bad thing and there's a lot to be said for experience over a paper qualification. Unfortunately, it does allow unscrupulous people to practice and you can be sure that they would not be too keen to offer you the information you need to feel confident and comfortable when buying a property in Spain.
Unlike lots of other 'estate agents' we believe in providing honest information and advice, even if it means losing a sale. We've been through the "property mill" in Spain so we know how it feels and how it affects people and families. It might be the biggest investment you ever make and we want to be a part of your success, not to blame for making you fail - that would be our failure too! That's why this website is so extensive and comprehensive so make use of it!
Part of our service is to recommend an English speaking lawyer who will advise you and guide you in addition to any information or advice we might offer. Of course you are free to accept or ignore any advice and your final decision will always be yours. Nevertheless it is always wise to have a second opinion in Spain then make a decision based on considered judgement - not haste or sales pressure.

Take your time and you'll find that Spain is not quite the nightmare the media might lead you to believe and once here, you'll love it!
